Great Exercise
The famous hills of San Francisco give you a great, challenging workout. Feel your quads burn as you hike up Nob Hill. Give your glutes some training as you climb the stairs fom Levis Plaza to the Coit Tower.

Get some fresh air.
Work in The City and you are stuck in a cubicle? Not a problem, San Francisco doesn’t have smog, just fog. You can take a quick lunch time hike and breathe in the fresh ocean air. Fill up those lungs!

Explore one of the world’s walkable cities.
To many people, getting around San Francisco is much easier without relying on a car. The City is very hikable, and you can join your fellow hikers for some fun and exploration.
